Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Legal Operations Intern for 6 months from January to June 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Descriptif du poste


You will contribute to the global legal transformation in close collaboration with the Legal Transformation team, by taking part in transformation projects, facilitating change management, and supporting communication initiatives, enabling the organization to achieve excellence in legal operations.

 

Your key missions:

 

Supporting the optimization of Legal Service Delivery Model

  • You will monitor and track the progress of the Legal Transformation Roadmap with effective project management, including updating tools for clear visibility on project pipeline progress.
  • You will assist the legal community with digitalization projects managed by the Legal Transformation team.
  • You will collaborate with IT and key business functions to support the selection and deployment of digital tools, such as a Contract Lifecycle Management tool, to optimize legal processes.
  • You will contribute to organizing workshops and webinars.
  • You will ensure the meticulous organization of documents within designated repositories.

Contributing to the promotion of the Legal Culture within the company, animation of the Legal Function and the implementation of the communication strategy

  • You will support the preparation and organization of internal Legal Transformation committees and Global Legal Calls.
  • You will contribute to creating and implementing the legal function's communication strategy, including drafting communications and training materials.
  • You will prepare presentations as needed.
  • You will assist with events and seminars organized by the Legal Transformation department.
  • You will support the management of communication platforms and tools to enhance collaboration within the Global Legal Team.
  • You will create dynamics, quizzes, and interactions with the global legal community using digital tools like Klaxoon and Mentimeter.
  • You will manage the legal function's official channels, sharing news, updates, and relevant information with the legal community.

Profil recherché


If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply! 

  • You have a Master's degree in Communication/Marketing from a Business School, and additional training in business law is a plus.
  • You have at least 6 months of experience in communication or marketing departments within multinational companies.
  • You possess a good command of written and spoken English, and fluency in another language is a plus.
  • You are curious, proactive, autonomous and have the ability to work well in a team.

 

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
