To be based in our Luxembourg office we are currently recruiting: A Junior Lawyer (m/f) Corporate Law M&A or Private Equity Your role: • You will strengthen a team within which you will advise, in conjunction with the Partner or Associate in charge, mainly on private equity investment funds within the framework of merger/acquisition operations, equity investments, the reorganisation of groups of companies, the formation of joint ventures and private funds as well as the formation of companies and groups of companies in the context of acquisition operations and acquisition financing; • You will take part in meetings and/or conference calls with clients with a view to discussing their projects; you will follow up on client requests and draft opinions and documents under the supervision of the partner in charge; • After an initial integration period you will be involved in organising work and facilitating the sharing of knowledge.

Profil recherché


Your profile: To accomplish the above role, we are looking for a talented lawyer with the following profile: • You hold a university degree in law (Master 2), ideally completed by an LL.M; • You have gained a first professional experience during your internships (ideally within the fields of Company law, Corporate M&A or Private Equity/Real Estate); • You have a perfect command of French and English both written and spoken; • You possess proven listening skills and analytical rigour which enable you to gain the trust of internal and external contact persons; • You are open-minded, dynamic, flexible and capable of working in a team in an organised and independent manner.
