In addition to this broad substantive experience, attorneys in Reed Smith’s Health Care Group have diverse backgrounds, with experience in both government services and industry. Importantly, many attorneys have served in senior positions with government agencies, such as the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, and the Department of Justice. The Health Care Group also includes a number of former Assistant U.S. Attorneys, who served in positions across the country. Numerous Group members also have in-house experience in a variety of settings. We have attorneys with a clinical background, including two registered nurses.
