By integrating our Corporate Implementation team, you will benefit from our experts’ experience in setting-up companies and implementing complex international schemes within the context of restructurings, investments or mergers and acquisitions.
You will be involved in projects such as:
- Setting up of regulated and non-regulated Luxembourg entities
- Transactional documents preparation and review (joint venture agreement, bank loan documents)
- Corporate implementation (migration, sale, acquisition, liquidation, merger and demerger)
- Financial instrument issuance and implementation of intragroup funding
- Implementation coordination and contacts with Luxembourg authorities and notaries public
