Admission

  • Les candidats doivent avoir fini leur cursus universitaire hors d'allemagne. Ce programme doit comprendre 8 semestres incluant des matières de droit privé, droit pénal et droit public. 
  • Le programme scolaire (LLM) recquiert une bonne connaissance de l'allemand - tous les cours sont enseignés en allemand. Les compétences linguistiques doivent être reconnues par l'exam DSH: Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang. 
  • Le niveau de DSH-2 (ou mieux) est demandé. Le Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache (TestDaF), quelque soit la section doit être passé niveau 4. 
  • La date de fin des dépôts de candidature est le 15 avril 

Admission Requirements

  • Applicants must have completed a degree in Law outside Germany. This course of study must have comprised at least 8 semesters and included the fields of private law, criminal law, and public law.
  • This study program also requires good knowledge of the German language – all classes are held in German. Language competence can be documented by recognized exams: Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang (DSH).
  • A grade of DSH-2 or better is required. Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache (TestDaF), in which all sections must be passed at level 4.
