Maestría en Derecho Internacional Privado

Requisitos de Admision

  • Ser graduado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires o de otra Universidad argentina o extranjera con títulos de abogado, Licenciado en Relaciones Internacionales o equivalentes.
  • La Comisión de la Maestría podrá recomendar al Consejo Directivo para su aprobación la admisión de aspirantes con antecedentes de investigación o profesionales relevantes pero sin título universitario.
  • Todos los postulantes deberán entregar un “curriculum vitae” a la Comisión de la Maestría y una Fundamentación de los objetivos académicos de la inscripción.
  • El aspirante deberá acreditar el conocimiento de un idioma extranjero de su elección entre inglés, francés, portugués e italiano.
  • La Comisión de la Maestría podrá solicitar, sobre la base del “curriculum vitae”, una entrevista al candidato y establecer requisitos complementarios.
  • Todos los postulantes que no tengan el castellano como lengua materna deberán acreditar un dominio suficiente de él.

El plan de estudios comprende la realización de seminarios (cursos ordinarios y extraordinario), una pasantía y un seminario de tesis.

Admission Requirements

  • May apply to the Master graduates from the University of Buenos Aires or Argentina or other foreign university with law degrees, or equivalent degree in International Relations. 
  • The Commission may recommend to the Master Executive Council for approval the admission of applicants with research background or without relevant professional college degree. 
  • All applicants must submit a "curriculum vitae" to the Commission of the Master and Groundwork of the academic goals of enrollment. 
  • The candidate shall demonstrate knowledge of a foreign language of their choice among English, French, Portuguese and Italian. 
  • The Committee on the Master may, on the basis of "curriculum vitae", get an interview with the candidate and establish additional requirements. 
  • All applicants who are not Castilian native speakers must demonstrate sufficient command of it.
