LLM in Transactional Law

The LLM program is open to students who have already earned a first law degree that allows them to practice law in their home country.


For US graduates, applicants must have earned a JD.

Students must complete 17 credit hours in the following required courses:


  • Business Associations (4 credits)
  • Contracts (4 credits)
  • Doing Deals: Contract Drafting (3 credits)
