1) Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent).

2) Alternative diploma and four years’ professional experience.
3) Fluent English (must be attested by a recognized certificate such as TOEIC,
TOEFL, Erasmus courses... or of course English mother tongue).
4) As the case may be, an interview with Board of Professors will be organized to ascertain how far the candidate is interested in the LL.M. and its adequacy with his career plan.

This program deals mainly with practical case studies and certain key subjects, with a pluridisciplinary focus. It prepares students and professionals for operations such as large acquisitions or market transactions, crossborder mergers, complex financing, restructuring, LBOs, financial engineering, and industrial projects. These are interesting operations, offering difficulties that often lead to innovative solutionseeking. It is particularly educational to study them and analyse the legal, financial or accounting issues raised. The LLM International Business Law is a degree of the International School of Business Law. The International School of Business Law aims to highlight the lawyers in particular by allowing their integration as members of the management bodies of the companies in greater proportions, similar to what is achieved in comparable countries in particular the United States or Germany.

It prepares students and professionals to master major operations: Large acquisitions, stock transactions, cross-border mergers, corporate alliances, Financial Markets, International Contracts, International Arbitration, Rights of competition, states and international trade, international financing , Environmental Law and Sustainable Development.

This degree, for a period of five months in Paris or Singapore, is intended primarily for candidates with a Graduate degree (or equivalent). Will also be studied records of candidates with another degree combined with a professional experience of at least 4 years. Candidates must have a very good command of the English language.
