This highly specialised programme is aimed at future leaders in the field of banking law and finance. Based on Edinburgh’s strong law and finance expertise, the programme offers an interdisciplinary study of the legal and economic aspects of international banking and corporate finance and of global finance regulation.
You will be required to complete 120 credits of compulsory taught courses. There are three full year (40 credit) compulsory courses for this programme, as listed below:
- Regulation of International Finance: The Law, the Economics, the Politics (40 credits - 20 credits each semester)
- Practice of Corporate Finance and the Law (40 credits - 20 credits each semester)
- Practice of International Banking and the Law (40 credits - 20 credits each semester)
