Curriculum
Required courses include:
- Research, Writing & Advocacy: International LL.M. (except students with J.D.)
- Two of the following basic courses:
- Communications Law and Policy
- Copyright Law
- Patent Law
- Trademark Law and Unfair Competition Law
- At least 14 credits from the above courses that are not already counted and the list of Intellectual Property, Information & Communications Law (IPIC) program advanced courses
