Application
The LL.M. program is aimed at graduates who are qualified in a corresponding academic discipline with a Bachelors, Masters or doctoral degree. It is also intended for those graduates with primary degrees who wish to prepare for doctoral studies, a PhD or a post-doctoral qualification in law. The program is also directed at those from the public and private sectors and/or international organizations with an interest in cross-border transactions between Asia and Europe and its practical relevance in their field of activity. Finally, it is also generally available for those legal practitioners, who wish to further familiarize themselves in this specialized area of research.
The tuition fee for 2015/2016 is : 11000 euros. The duration of the programme is one or two years, depending on the chosen curriculum.
The following requirements must be met:
- Graduates must hold a degree in law with 180 ECTS (a minimum of 6 academic semesters must have been completed).
- Applicants with a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience may also be considered.
- Applicants who do not have English as their first language must include evidence of English language proficiency with either:
- A test result in the International English Testing System (IELTS, 7 pt minimum)
OR
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), internet based test 100pt minimum, with the following minimum section requirements:
Reading: 20, Listening: 20
Speaking: 20, Writing: 20
- Students with a first or second degree with the English language as a medium of instruction do not have to submit a TOEFL or IELTS test report, but need a statement from their university to confirm that their education language was in English.
