LLM Human Rights Law

Curriculum

This specialisation enables you to examine human rights protection at the national, regional and international levels. It is particularly suited to those who currently work in, or hope to work in international organisations, non-governmental organisations, international law firms and foreign affairs departments. It is also suited to those who want to develop a human rights practice in a domestic law context. Students studying human rights are encouraged to participate in the activities of the Centre for Critical International Law (CeCIL) at Kent. These include workshops, trips to international courts and tribunals, and guest lecture series.
