Admission is limited to those candidates who have already fulfilled the educational requirements for admission to the practice of law in another country, including a law degree from an institution recognized by the competent accrediting agency of the government of that country.

Students may only begin the program in the fall semester. The application deadline is April 30 for entry in August of that year. 

English language ability should meet or exceed a 90 TOEFL examination score, or an IELTS score of 7, and candidates must successfully complete a telephone interview in order to establish the necessary fluency in English. Candidates with a TOEFL score between 85-89 may be conditionally admitted pending a satisfactory phone interview with the Office of Admissions.
