Application

An undergraduate honours class degree 2:2 or above in law or a professional qualification in law deemed to be degree equivalent. (Other qualifications or specific professional training and /or experience may also be considered if applicant is able to demonstrate his/her suitability for the course and to provide evidence as appropriate.  Such applicants may be interviewed).


IELTS – 6.5 or equivalent (with no individual component below 6.0)

  • Employment Law in Practice
  • European Business Law
  • European Union as Legal Actor in Business Relations

  • The LLM Employment Law is available to students from both a legal and non-legal background. Our students have typically been law graduates, employment lawyers in private practice and public bodies, Human Resources professionals, trade union officials and all those who need a firm grasp of the legal aspects of employment. See below for the course details.
  • There are 3 teaching blocks during each academic year. The first runs from Monday – Friday at the start of the course, the other two are delivered from Friday-Sunday at times advertised well in advance.
