Your responsibilities: „

• Work on legal files in the domain of corporate law for local and multinational companies as well as joint-ventures; „
• Draft any type of contracts and/or corporate documents, from incorporation to liquidation; „
• Conduct research into a variety of legal issues.

• Academic background and qualifications in law (i.e. you have obtained or are currently registered for a Master’s degree in Law or similar qualifications); „
• Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of German would be considered as an asset; „
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach at all times as well as absolute discretion;
• Proactive team player with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills as well as ability to consistently deliver a high quality of work;
• Experience in a similar international working environment would be considered as an asset
