The Luther Luxembourg team is composed of multicultural and multilingual lawyers with extensive practice experience. Due to our success and steady growth, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Lawyer to support our team in Luxembourg.

Descriptif du poste


Your responsibilities:

  • Advise the local and multinational companies as well as joint-ventures on corporate matters and governance;
  • Provide tailor made corporate advice and pragmatic innovative solutions in corporate matters as well as participate in large M&A transactions;
  • Draft, review and/or negotiate any type of contracts and/or corporate documents, from incorporation to liquidation;
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients or lawyers from international law firms to discuss about the corporate structures and means to implement them;
  • Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.

Profil recherché


Your profile:

  • At least 6 years’ experience acquired in a Corporate Department of a law firm;
  • A strong academic background and qualifications in law (i.e. a Master’s degree in Law or similar qualifications), ideally completed with a specialized Master’s degree (a LL.M., an MBA or another foreign diploma);
  • Member of the List I or the List IV of the Luxembourg Bar or an European Bar;
  • Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of German would be considered as an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach at all times;
  • Proactive with outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to demonstrate absolute discretion and to deliver a high quality of work within tight deadlines;
  • Autonomous and self-starting person who can work both on their own initiative and within a team.
