In the context of the continuous development of our activities, we are currently recruiting an experienced investment funds lawyer specialising in UCITS and alternative funds (m/f).

Descriptif du poste


- You will be part of a team within our “investment funds” practice area; - You will assist clients in setting up their investment funds (UCITS and alternative funds) and will also provide support with regard to restructuring operations and the daily management of these funds; - You will advise clients in relation to changes in legislation and assist them in developing their activities; - You will conduct meetings with clients as well as conference calls; - You will draft documents relating to investment funds, in particular prospectuses, articles of incorporation, management regulations, agreements between the various service providers, etc; - You will be responsible for submitting files to the supervisory authority and for carrying out the subsequent follow-up of these files with a view to obtaining the necessary authorizations; - Your practical knowledge of the investment funds industry and of the financial sector in general will enable you to assist clients in a constructive and proactive manner.

Profil recherché


- You hold a university degree in law and preferably an LLM obtained abroad; - You have ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in the domain of investment funds; - Your first language is German or French and you have a perfect command of English; - You are open-minded, dynamic, flexible, well-organised and able to work in an autonomous manner; - You are keen to learn and develop in an international environment.
