Métier Ressources Humaines Contrat Stage Durée du contrat 6 mois Date de début de mission 01/03/2014 Description de la mission Te Group Talent Acquisition team coordinates different international programs in order to fulfill the Group's growth ambitions. These programs consist of employer branding, campus management, on-boarding processes and Group diversity initiatives. Within our team, you will be involved in key programs, which aim at improving Air Liquide's employer branding image in our target countries. Your main responsibilities will be: 1) COORDINATION OF TALENT ACQUISITION PROGRAMS: Scholarship, MBA and Graduate Programs Air Liquide coordinates several programs as COPERNIC and VIE based upon different partnership. COPERNIC is a scholarship program that provides business-management courses to young graduates from the best universities of Eastern and Central Europe, CEI, Russia, Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia. Your objective will be to follow up with the 2013/2014 selected laureates of this program : - organization of a welcome meeting - identification of suitable internships in one of our Air Liquide French subsidiaries - follow-up during the internship period (evaluation of the performance and recommendation for further hiring) - inancial, administrative and logistics follow-up And to launch the 2014/2015 selections : - participation in the recruitment process of the future laureates and preparation of the arrival of the students to France Concerning the VIE program, you support the administrative process and you collaborate on the communication tasks through internal social media and others. 2) HR COMMUNICATION SUPPORT: Campus Management, HR Intranet Initiatives, etc. Other parallel missions could be proposed with Talent Acquisition and Management topics led by the team, such as Campus Management projects, HR Intranet mission, audits, surveys, etc. In the Human Resources environment, this mission will provide diversity of tasks, contacts and topics, working in an international HR environment, in order to develop strong project management and communication skills.

Profil recherché


Profil In order to succeed in this mission, you must be able to manage your time between very operational activities and project work, be rigorous, show an open-minded spirit facing very different cultural contexts, and demonstrate influential capabilities. Background in Business or HR, currently in a Master degree program. Languages: Fluent English and French are mandatory. A life experience outside of your Home Country would be a plus.
