Descriptif du poste


To be based in our Luxembourg office we are currently recruiting an experienced Capital Markets Lawyer (m/f). Your role: • Working closely alongside the partner, you will be required to manage and coordinate with our clients’ major aspects of a vast range of debt and equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, takeovers, bond issuances, securitizations and other international financing transactions; • Your practice will focus on securities laws with an emphasis on structuring advice and related regulatory, corporate governance and compliance matters, including admissions to trading and listing. Your clients will include most notably internationally operating corporations and investment banks.

Profil recherché


To accomplish the above role, we are looking for a talented lawyer with the following profile: • you hold a law degree, ideally completed by an LL.M; • you have at least three years of relevant expertise; • you have a sound understanding of international financing transactions and the related documentation ; • you have excellent analytical and supervising skills; • you are solution driven, reliable, highly organized and a committed team player; • you are fluent in English and have a good command of French. German is considered as an asset.
